MARAT: MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT
Marat's my new favorite restaurant in my city. Where it is located is so perfect because it is downtown and is a place that gives us relaxing vibes. The colorful venue is at Pevas #144 in Iquitos, Peru and it is next to Amazon hotel. It's big and has a lot of space so you can go with all your family and have a glorious experience having marvelous meals and desserts there.
Something that gives them many points to be the best is that they have food from many parts of the world. Each month the menu changes in order to have the clients intrigued about what's next and what new flavor they're going to taste.
This month what I usually ordered was pasta chips for the appetizer. It is pasta mini ties that are crispy and are accompanied by Marinara, an Italian red, tasty sauce that is made with tomato, garlic, fine herbs, and onion. If you want (which I recommend you do) ask the server to give you some rice. And a great and yummy main dish I ordered many times was Lomo saltado which is the most famous Peruvian meal. I want to try it because I really love the food from my country and especially how they season the meat strips with rosemary and that the fries are so crispy and soft at the same time. Then I liked the salad called Fresh Time because I was really curious about the name and I was right because the flavor made me feel fresh and in love with the sauce that the vegetables had.
Maybe the meals here are going to transport you to your home, sweet home. It's time you taste the good life!
